If you placed an order for a psychic chat reading, Hannah will contact you within 48 hours via email to set up an appointment time. Whenever possible, she will try to accomodate same day reading requests based on the time slots available at the time the reading is ordered. If Hannah is not immediately available you can still schedule a reading for another day. Please make sure to check your spam or bulk folder to make sure that her email did not get filtered into that folder. The psychic chat consultation will take place by AIM/Yahoo chatroom or instant messenger. Email and postal mail readings are usually completed within 3-7 days from receipt of purchase, unless otherwise notified.

• How do I pay for a reading or workshop?

PsychicHannah.com uses PayPal and Google Checkout as our payment processors on our website, as they accept all credit cards, e-checks and debit cards. Hannah's email address for PayPal payments is orders@psychichannah.com and support@psychichannah.com for Google Checkout payments.

Mailed payment in the form of a personal check or money order also accepted. Please note that the reading cannot be completed until we receive your payment and it has cleared our bank, which can take anywhere from 7-21 days.

• What types of readings or consultations does Hannah do?

Reiki distance healing, relationships, soul mates, life purpose, customized spellwork, chakra/energy balancing, home blessing, numerology, career, past lives, health, messages from departed loved ones and spirit guides, future outlook, financial and business. • What do I need to provide in order to get the best reading?

She will require the full birthnames, birthdates, and physical descriptions of yourself, as well as those you are asking about in the session, along with your questions. Please include any background information or details that may be relevant to your story or situation. • Does Hannah do phone readings?

Phone readings are not available at this time. She offers readings via live chat, email and postal mail only.

• What happens if I miss my scheduled appointment time?

Refunds cannot be made after the purchase of a service. When you schedule a reading appointment, that time is set aside especially for you. Because of that, Hannah does require a minimum of 8 hours notice prior to the date of your appointment to reschedule. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email her at appointment@psychichannah.com to make arrangements. If you do not show up or miss your appointment time without proper notification, you will forfeit the entire purchase price of your consultation and will need to purchase another session in order to reschedule.

It's only fair as her time is considered just as valuable as yours and could be used to serve other clients who are in great need of her guidance and counseling. Giving her at least 8 hours notice allows Hannah to schedule other clients that are waiting for the next available appointment. Thank you for your consideration.
